So for the remainder of the week I will be trying the following: keep it simple and keep moving. I will also be trying some new recipes this week. Please refer to the recipe page for more details.
I have signed up for the Beach to Battleship Half Ironman. While this has been a lifetime goal, in my current shape I am not prepared for the event (and this is my second attempt!) Basically this page will chronicle my journey from chubby girl to champion... champion being defined as finishing the race! So here I go with the sincere hope that no matter how many times I fall on my face I still have the courage to step up to the line on race day.
